4 bedroom / 3 bathroom, Air Conditioned villa, well located between Guia and Albufeira in a private gated cul de sac with its sister villa IMPASSE.

This beautiful villa is only a 10 minute drive to Albufeira and the beautiful Blue Flag beaches of Galé. Guia a small town famous for its numerous ( 25+) good value restaurants is only a few minutes drive. Albufeira town famous for its nightlife and interesting Old Town plus the Marina are just 10 mins drive. There is an attractive garden partly lawned with Palms and colourful shrubs. The large swimming pool has Roman steps and is surrounded by terraces with a shower, BBQ.

Ground floor : Lounge/dining room with digital satellite TV with BBC and free to air channels, DVD, and patio windows leading onto dining terrace overlooking the pool and garden area. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine patio doors to conservatory leading to garden. Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio doors leading onto garden.

First floor : One Twin bedroom and one double bedroom both with patio windows leading onto balcony. Bathroom. Double bedroom with 2 x Double beds and en-suite shower room with patio doors leading onto balcony with lovely country & distant sea views.

Prices for 2010 for 8 people per week for the full property
Guarantee : 600 euros to send at the same time that the balance, by check
Deposit : 40 %, the balance to be paid 6 to 8 weeks before the arrival to Southern Portugal summer rental
An additional 1 child can be accommodated on sofa-beds for an additional 90€ per person per week.
Breakage deposit will be returned less any deductions within 14 days of departure.
