Situated in Vale de Parra, which is 10 minutes drive from Albufeira and within a few minutes drive to the beaches of Gale. There are restaurants and a super-market all in walking distance.
The Villa is situated at a hillside facing south and the sea. The swimming pool is 11 x 5 metres and surrounded by terraces on which there is a BBQ and a shower. The pool house (studio)can be used as a lounge or as an additional bedroom with shower room en-suite.
Basement: Games room with 4 beds, separated with “Spanish walls” (partition), with snooker, table tennis and table football. There is a big en-suite shower room.
Ground floor: Entrance Hall with staircase to first floor, extremely large split level lounge/dining/kitchen area with satellite TV, covered terrace with beautiful sitting area and sea view, fully fitted kitchen with American fridge/freezer and breakfast table, double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, twin bedroom, shower room. First floor: Landing, master double bedroom with bathroom en-suite and big terrace, 2 twin bedrooms, each with balcony and shower room en-suite.. All bedrooms and the living area are fully air conditioned for both cooling & heating.
Annex: The pool house (studio)can be used as a bedroom/living room with shower room en-suite and small kitchen. 2 persons can sleep on a studio couch. Garden with drive way to the basement, pool area with BBQ, annex and outside shower.
