This villa really lives up to its name, with a beautiful view to the sea, across Salgados Golf course. The villa is vitually new,in beautiful condition, and is located at the end of a cul de sac, on the hillside overlooking Vale de Parra.

The villa is child friendly, with a pool fence and stair gates. The large swimming pool ( 10m x 5m ) has roman steps and can be heated ( this is available as an optional extra ). The pool water is cleaned biologically, which means that the water is very pleasant to swim in. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with a pool side shower and 6 sunbeds. There is a brick built BBQ. There is an alarm system and a safe, and the property is totally enclosed by walls with gates.

Ground floor : Lounge / dining room with digital satellite flatscreen TV, with BBC & ITV and other channels and a DVD. Fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Door to pool & BBQ terrace.
A few steps up to the Twin bedroom with patio doors to a balcony, bathroom.

First floor : Two double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms (with showers inside the bath) and patio doors to a large terrace with excellent views. All the bedrooms and the lounge are fully air conditioned (for cooling & heating).
