Holiday Apartment number 13 is located in Príncipe Real, close to Bairro Alto and Baixa (Rua do Jasmim).
It is located at the first floor of a renovated building in old historic Lisbon. It has high molded ceilings, wooden floor typical from the period it was built and is nicely decorated.
Near the accomodation you have several restaurant and typical Portuguese shops where you can really feel the traditional life of Lisbon.
There are 2 public car parks within 10 minutes walking distance (Rua do Século e Rua da Escola Politécnica).
The closest subway station is Rato, and there is an easy access to the city by foot.
The apartment has 45 m2 and It has been renovated to include the following:
* one bedroom with double bed (140 cm);
* one living room with a double sofa bed, cable TV, hi-fi
* a complete kitchen with gas oven and stove, fridge with freezer and washing machine;
* a bathroom with shower;
* a small balcony.
In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters.
Apartment 13 is located at Príncipe Real very close to the city centre that can be reached by foot in about 15 minutes.
Apartment 13 is at Rua do Jasmim, a street at the crossroad of some remarkable neighbourhoods: Bairro Alto (well known by it's nightlife, restaurants and Fado houses), São Bento (the palace with the same name, site of the Portuguese parliament), Rato (where is the closest subway station) and Príncipe Real (elegant neighbourhood with a pleasant centenarian park having a quiet open air coffee and the water museum – Museu da água).
In the neighborhood there are several restaurants and bars, all kind of commerce, the park of Principe Real and the Botanical Garden of the University Clássica of Lisbon.
You can also go to all the restaurants and bars of Bairro Alto where the sentimental 'fados' are still sung in some restaurants and cafés. From there you are at 5-10 minutes walking to to Rossio, the center of Baixa, rebuilt after the earthquake of 1755.
The nearest airport is Lisbon International Airport at 12 kilometres; the nearest railway station is International Station of Santa Apolónia at 2 kilometres.
