This spacious modern villa at Castelo, which is 5km west of Albufeira, is located in a cul-de-sac. It is 1km from the Bue Flag beach of Castello and there is a big selection of bars and restaurants nearby, many within easy walking distance. Car hire recommended but not essential.
Albufeira town famous for its nightlife and interesting Old town plus the Marina are just a 10 minute drive.

There is a kidney shaped swimming pool (8m x 4m approx.) surrounded by terraces with a brick B.B.Q. There are 6 sunbeds plus exterior table & chairs and sun umbrellas.

Ground floor: living/dining room with digital satellite TV with BBC and free to air channels & Hi-fi and DVD. A well equipped kitchen ( new in 2004)with washing machine, dishwasher & microwave,oven and cereamic hob. A twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a wc/cloakroom.The lounge and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
First floor: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom with en-suite shower & a landing with a sitting area. All rooms lead out to a large balcony.

The property is enclosed with walls and a gate.
Smoking is not permitted within the villa.
